We've partnered with reliable carriers to deliver your order safely to your doorstep. We proudly offer free shipping on all products. However, for the time being, Omniverse will only be available in the U.K., U.S.A. and Ireland. Every price you see is all-inclusive - covering production costs, VAT, and shipping. With us, there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges - the price you see is the price you pay.

Packaging

 

Your artwork is precious. Therefore, every item is packed with care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Robust and appropriate packaging materials are used, designed to protect the product throughout its journey.

 

Delivery Times

 

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it will be produced, packed, and shipped within 3-5 business days. The delivery time, following the dispatch, depends on the shipping destination. As a rough estimate, domestic orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow the journey of your piece from us to you. You should note that the availability of tracking may depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination of the package.

International Shipping

 

We proudly ship internationally . However, please note that for international orders, additional import taxes or charges might apply depending on the regulations of your country. These charges are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Everything You Need to Know

Given the unique nature of our products, we are not currently able to accept returns as each piece is specifically crafted for you when you place an order.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Although we cannot accept the item back, we are committed to working with you to reach a fair solution that respects your needs and our craftsmanship. Each refund or replacement request will be handled diligently and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately (no later than 7 days of receiving your order). Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue to help us understand the problem better. We will work with you to either arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate, once we've evaluated the situation.

Please understand that this policy is necessary to respect the time, effort, and resources that go into each of our unique pieces. We greatly appreciate your understanding and are here to make your Omniverse experience as positive as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All You Need to Know

At Omniverse, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here is our cancellation process:

  • To cancel an order, please contact us through our website, providing your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • We will review your cancellation request promptly. Please note that cancellation is subject to our cancellation policy, which considers factors such as the time since the order was placed and whether the product has already been produced or shipped.​

  • If your cancellation is approved, we will confirm the cancellation and provide information about your refund (if applicable). The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to place your order.

  • We will then update the status of your order in our system to "Cancelled."

  • Once the cancellation process is complete, we will notify you that your order has been successfully cancelled and if applicable, that your refund has been processed.

WARRANTY AT OMNIVERSE

About Our Policy

Omniverse offers a 30-day warranty for all products. This covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and the details of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.

 

This warranty doesn't apply to problems caused by misuse or neglect. Our warranty's exclusive remedy is product replacement. Omniverse isn't liable for incidental or consequential damages from warranty breaches.

 

Please note, as our items are unique and made-to-order, we only accept replacements or refunds for incorrect or faulty products.
